CANCELLATION POLICY
Your tuition for this course is refundable minus 15% transaction fees by request 10 days into the course. For Living Practice, this is 10 days after the first timed content is released. Communicate your desire for a refund with feedback to [email protected]. No refunds will be provided beyond 10 days after initial timed content is released.
BINDING ARBITRATION
If a dispute arises between You and Our Company and or Website, and if You and Us are unable to resolve the Dispute through informal negotiations or professional mediation, then the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. Any arbitration will take place in the State of North Carolina only. You further agree that you shall be responsible for all costs associated with initiating the arbitration and for the administration of the arbitration.
